What we look at
Six areas. Three fixes.
Before every Engine Teardown we check the same six areas. In the meeting you'll see where you stand, the three changes that would bring in the most leads for the least effort, and, if you want it, what it would look like for us to run it.
- 01SearchWhether you show up when someone searches for what you do in Atlanta, or a directory and three competitors do.
- 02AI answersWhat ChatGPT and Google's AI say when asked who to call. You, a competitor, or no one.
- 03Your websiteWhether it answers the questions people arrive with, and makes the next step obvious.
- 04ReputationReviews, listings and proof: what someone finds when they check you out after a referral.
- 05ContentWhether you publish expert answers to the questions buyers ask, and how recently.
- 06SocialWhether your company pages are active, in your voice, on the channels your buyers use.
What you'll leave with
A real report, yours to keep.
Here's a sample: the same Teardown, run on Robb's own site, Bike198. It scored 43 out of 60, and the report says exactly why, what to fix first, and how it compares with the sites showing up instead.
Sample run on Robb's own site. Yours is measured the same way, on your website, your searches and your competitors.
Who you'll talk to
A sales leader, not a designer
Robb Sutton has spent 20 years in industrial sales and supply chain leadership across the US, Europe, and Asia. He has sat on the side of the table that needs marketing to produce real opportunities, and he runs every Engine Teardown himself.
If it's a fit
The Teardown is step one
If you decide you want us to run it, here's what comes next. The first three stages take about a month. The last two repeat every month.
- 01 Teardown 45 minutes, free
- 02 Kickoff & voice Week 1
- 03 Build Weeks 1–4
- 04 Run All month
- 05 Report & refine By the 10th business day
No cost and no obligation either way. How each stage works
Proof
We run it on ourselves first
The same process runs Robb's own publications. Bike198 is the first Google result for “Revel Rascal vs Ibis Ripmo,” and the source Google's AI Overview cites for it (checked October 20, 2026). Client work is confidential, so we can't show you all of it, but our own sites are the test bed for the process.
Questions
Before you send it
What happens after I send it?
You get a confirmation right away. Within one business day Robb replies personally to set up a 45-minute meeting, in person around Atlanta or by video. Before we meet, we check the six areas above. In the meeting we walk through where you stand, the three fixes worth making first, and where you could be.
Is it really free?
Yes. There's no cost and no obligation. You keep the report and the three fixes either way. If you want, we'll also show you what we'd run for you and what it costs. Whether that's a fit is your call.
Do I need a new website?
Usually not. Most of what we find can be fixed on the site you have. We only recommend a redesign when the site itself is what's holding you back, and it's quoted separately.
If we work together, how soon will we see leads?
Setup takes about a month. Expect early signals in months three and four, and judge the program on qualified leads from month six on. Content and search build over months, and we'd rather tell you that now than in month four. See the typical ramp.
Who is this for?
Established companies around Atlanta that sell high-value work: manufacturers and distributors, professional services firms, commercial contractors, and residential builders and remodelers. Most are between $5M and $150M in revenue.
Find out what they see first.
