oneninety8 (“we,” “us”) operates oneninety8.com. This policy explains what information we collect on this site, why we collect it, and what we do with it. The short version: we collect what you send us through the contact form, we use standard analytics to understand how the site is used, and we don’t sell or rent your information to anyone.
Information you give us
When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, what you’re looking for, and any project details you include. That submission is delivered to us by email and used for one purpose: responding to your inquiry and, if we end up working together, running that engagement. We keep correspondence as long as it’s useful for those purposes.
Information collected automatically
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site: pages viewed, approximate location, device type, and how you arrived here. Google Analytics sets cookies to do this. This data reaches us in aggregate; we don’t use it to identify you personally. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.
Our hosting and caching layer may set technical cookies that make the site load faster. These don’t track you across other sites.
Who we share information with
We don’t sell, rent, or trade your personal information. The only parties that touch it are the service providers that make the site run: our hosting provider (which processes server logs and delivers our email) and Google (analytics). Each processes data under its own privacy terms. We’ll disclose information if the law requires it, and that’s it.
Your choices
If you want to know what information we hold about you, want it corrected, or want it deleted, email rsutton@oneninety8.com and we’ll take care of it. If you’d rather not use the form at all, that same address reaches us directly.
Children
This site is for businesses and organizations and isn’t directed at children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the effective date above.
