Bear Gridiron Club

Bear Gridiron Club website

The situation

The Bear Gridiron Club is the booster organization behind Cambridge High School football in Milton, Georgia: 110-plus athletes, a competitive 5A program, and an annual budget funded almost entirely by families and local sponsors.

The club had plenty of goodwill and no machine to collect it. Memberships were tracked by hand. Sponsor outreach happened when a volunteer remembered. News reached some families and missed others.

The job: build the brand, the site, and the systems so support becomes something the club collects all season instead of chases.

How it runs during the season

Publish once

A news post goes up and every subscribed family gets it by email. Nobody touches a send button.

Season on rails

Schedules, game weeks, and photo drops follow a repeatable cadence a volunteer can run.

Nothing forgotten

Membership and sponsor inquiries land in one place and get followed up, every time.

Your organization has the goodwill.

We build the machine that collects it. The strategy call is free and the plan is yours either way.
